		<content type="html">We were blessed with 18 cucumbers. I have this recipe in the oven right now...it's been cooking an hour and 5 minutes.  I peeled the cucumber then grated them, seeds and juice were included in the batter.  Did I do that part wrong?</content>

I suppose sometimes it's just a matter of trying over and over again (endlessly) to overlook the hard feelings.
